GrozServices is a marketing consultancy operating since 10 September 2023. We help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) promote their activities, events, and projects through innovative marketing tools and strategic consultation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging GrozServices for any service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
• You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

3. Our Services

GrozServices offers marketing consultancy and promotional services for businesses, including but not limited to:

• Business promotion and branding strategy
• Event promotion and coordination support
• Project promotion and visibility campaigns
• Digital marketing consultancy

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement will be agreed in writing before work commences. No work will begin without a confirmed written agreement or purchase confirmation.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted and charged in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Payment is due as specified in your service agreement or at the time of purchase.
• GrozServices reserves the right to amend pricing. Any price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
• Failure to make payment on time may result in suspension of services.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by the client:

• More than 14 days before service commencement: Full refund of any deposit paid
• 8–14 days before commencement: 50% of deposit retained
• 7 days or fewer before commencement: No refund of deposit; any work already delivered is billable
• For ongoing retainer services, 30 days' written notice is required to terminate

Cancellation by GrozServices:

In the unlikely event we must cancel a confirmed engagement, we will provide as much notice as possible and issue a full refund of any monies paid.

Digital products and reports:

Due to their nature, digital deliverables (reports, strategy documents, digital campaigns) are non-refundable once delivered and accessed.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to GrozServices and protected by copyright law.
• Work produced by GrozServices for a client becomes the client's property upon full payment.
• GrozServices retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless the client expressly requests confidentiality in writing.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this website without prior written permission.

8. Client Responsibilities

To enable GrozServices to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials as requested
• Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensure all content provided to GrozServices does not infringe any third-party rights
• Not use GrozServices' services for any unlawful or harmful purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• GrozServices' liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific service.
• GrozServices is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profits, loss of business, or reputational damage.
• GrozServices does not guarantee specific business results from our marketing services — outcomes depend on many external factors beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate engagement with our services.
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the website or any content without notice.
• You must not misuse our website by introducing viruses, malware, or engaging in unauthorised access.
