Refund Policy

Our commitment: We want every client to feel confident working with GrozServices. This policy sets out clear, fair terms for cancellations and refunds. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us directly — we would always rather resolve a problem than lose a valued client.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased from GrozServices via our website (www.grozservices.com) or agreed in a separate service proposal. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.

Because GrozServices provides professional consultancy and marketing services — rather than physical goods — refund eligibility depends on how far into delivery we are at the point of cancellation. The schedules below are designed to be fair to both clients and our team.

2. Cancellation & Refund Schedule — Project-Based Services

For one-off or project-based engagements (e.g. launch campaigns, event promotion, branding projects):

More than 14 days before start
Full refund of any deposit or payment made
8 – 14 days before start
50% refund of deposit; remaining 50% retained to cover planning costs already incurred
7 days or fewer before start
No refund of deposit; any work already delivered or in progress is billable at the agreed rate
Work already delivered
No refund for completed deliverables that have been submitted to the client

3. Cancellation & Refund Schedule — Retainer Services

For ongoing monthly retainer arrangements:

  • You may cancel your retainer at any time by giving 30 days' written notice to contact@grozservices.com.
  • Any retainer fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable — work committed to for that period will be completed.
  • No fees will be charged beyond your notice period.

4. Digital Products & Reports

Digital deliverables — including strategy documents, marketing reports, content plans, and digital campaign assets — are non-refundable once delivered and accessed, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (which exclude digital content from the standard 14-day cancellation right once delivery has begun with the customer's agreement).

If a digital deliverable is materially deficient or does not match the agreed specification, we will revise it at no charge. See Section 7 (Disputes) below.

5. Event-Related Services

Where GrozServices has been engaged to promote a specific event, cancellation timelines are linked to the event date. If the event itself is cancelled by a third party (e.g. a venue closure or force majeure), we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include rolling the engagement to a rescheduled date or issuing a partial refund for uncommitted spend.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To cancel a service or request a refund, please contact us in writing:

  • Email: contact@grozservices.com
  • Subject line: "Cancellation / Refund Request — [Your Name / Company]"
  • Include: Your name, the service you purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process any eligible refund within 10 business days of confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used.

7. Service Quality & Disputes

If you are unhappy with the quality of work delivered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We take quality seriously and will work with you to resolve the issue — including revisions, partial credit, or, where appropriate, a partial refund.

We ask that disputes are raised with us directly in the first instance, as we are committed to resolving them fairly and promptly. If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, you may be entitled to escalate the matter under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires services to be performed with reasonable care and skill.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under:

  • The Consumer Rights Act 2015 — services must be performed with reasonable care and skill
  • The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — relevant cancellation rights for distance contracts
